Animal Medical Center of Hattiesburg is the oldest veterinary clinic in Hattiesburg, MS, originating in the 1950's. The practice was purchased by Dr. John Mayfield, Jr in 1975. Animal Medical Center is a 12 doctor hospital and a full service, veterinary practice providing 24-hour care and emergency services.
Petal Animal Clinic is a second location which provides small animal general practice services in Petal, MS. Our collaborative teams of doctors are supported by experienced veterinary technicians and includes 3 Certified Veterinary Technicians. Currently, we are seeking a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from an accredited university, licensed to practice in Mississippi. Our ideal candidate would be excited to learn new things and be challenged. We are seeking a doctor who not only enjoys veterinary medicine and patients, but also working with the clients and our team.
