Petal Animal Clinic is seeking a Love at First Sight (LAFS) Team Member with exceptional people skills to join our team. This full-time role plays a crucial part in welcoming new pet owners and delivering an outstanding client experience from day one.

đŸŸ What Does a Love at First Sight Team Member Do?
You will help maintain excellence in pet healthcare and customer service by:
  • Providing accurate information and answering questions about puppies in the center
  • Accurately completing LAFS patient records
  • Learning and using Cornerstone veterinary software for invoicing
  • Collaborating respectfully with veterinary team members to ensure an exceptional client experience
  • Keeping the Love at First Sight area organized, clean, and welcoming
  • Educating clients about clinic services and products according to standards
  • Providing exceptional daily care to the puppies in our center

We aim to exceed client expectations through outstanding service. The ideal candidate will have:
  • Exceptional customer service, written communication, and interpersonal skills
  • A genuine love for people as much as for pets
  • Willingness to rotate shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Availability for daily shifts between 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
    • Ability to follow our rotating schedule:
    • Work Mon–Tue, Off Wed–Thu
    • Work Fri–Sun, Off Mon–Tue
    • Work Wed–Thu, Off Fri–Sun
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and move frequently between sitting and standing
  • Reliable internet access for schedule and internal communication
  • Career-minded interest in long-term growth in veterinary customer service

Preferred but not required: Prior veterinary experience
