About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in outpatient care: wellness exams, sick visits, and follow-ups
- Perform venipuncture, IV catheter placement, sample collection, and diagnostic testing
- Anticipate veterinarian needs during exams and procedures
- Educate clients on preventative care, treatment plans, and home care
- Manage efficient patient flow and appointment logistics
- Communicate clearly with pet owners and the veterinary team
Qualifications / What We’re Looking For
- Experienced Veterinary Technician
- Proven experience in a general practice/outpatient environment
- Strong clinical skills: venipuncture, catheter placement, radiography familiarity, lab work
- Excellent client-service orientation, communication, and emotional intelligence
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Enjoys working in the exam room and educating clients
Schedule & Benefits
- Schedule: Between the hours of 7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Monday- Friday; Saturday rotations 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.; no Sundays
